"Entire stay experience was perfect. Professional staff, massive lobby, sufficient and fast elevators, super comfortable bed. Housekeeping super efficient. Directly opposite Raffle City and minutes walk away from Bugis, with many bus lines serving surrounding area, location is fantastic. The shower and toilet in the room has an odd design which means water flow from the shower into the toilet and had to put tissue paper there to stop the gap but otherwise faultless."

"It was great customer service, what I like and it was surprising, my flight was after my check out and they couldn’t give me extra hours to stay but they offered me to wait in the club with I wasn’t expecting to be that great. Also I arrived early and they let me check in early and upgraded my room free of charge. If I come back for sure this is my number one choice."

"Very hard to check in especially when all the machines are used and assisted by the check-in staff, after a long flight, you want quick check in but a mature staff helped me right away. Everything was perfect and food and shopping was great in the mall area and the museums close by. Enjoyed my stay. "
