"Excellent comfortable beds. We had a view of Lincoln Center, rooftop bar was comfortable and nice for sunset drinks. Staff was very polite and helpful. Excellent access to Central Park, walkable to National History Museum, the Met, the Guggenheim, plus more. We enjoyed this stay very much "

"The person who checked me in was delightful. The room was clean and very nice and the housekeeping staff very responsive. Room was obviously updated with new bathroom fixtures and bedroom lighting. If you expect perfection though it might not be hotel for you. Shower takes about five minutes to get warm water. Bottom of bathroom door flaking, little sign of wear and tear throughout room. Dust above bathroom door frame. TV difficult to figure out and doesn’t stay on channel. The charm, cleanliness overrode these issues for me, but may not for others. In room fridge but would have appreciated a microwave and a safe, which I thought was included."
