"Checked in late on a Friday evening, the staff was very welcoming and friendly. Upon getting to my room, the door would not unlock. This meant after a long day and late night I had to go back to the front desk, and was exchanged for another room. Room was clean, no issues. The BCHL hockey team staying at the property was an issue. Based off the bus parked outside the Cowichan Capital players were running up and down the hall extremely loudly up and until 2am. I did not call to complain, maybe...

"Stumbled on this place only because the run of the mill hotels were booked up and what a nice surprise this turned out to be! Fantastic location; quiet, picturesque, close to restaurants. Top notch breakfast and awesome host."

"Good"

"The staff was very helpful"

"Rhoda the manager on site was very helpful; good service. She send out a text reminder us that the place was close to a track and we can feel the vibration; and close to the road with traffic. It was a nice gestor of her. The noise or the vibration didn't bother us. We used the pool and the hot tub very clean. Breakfast was good."

"Quiet and loaded with quaint charm and character. So glad I chose this over a standard hotel! Everything was perfect. Loved it and would 💯 stay again and recommend!"

"The lady at the front desk when we checked in, she was lovely very polite, easy check-in. I never got to Lady’s Name, but she was working at 4 o’clock today after arrival."
