Easy access to buses up and down the coast or a 20 or so minute walk to the train. Likely the nicest place in town. "

"The Hotel is inviting and the staff are absolutely lovely, nothing is too much trouble. We had a sea view - stunning, quiet and clean, with a bed that is as big as a boat. Breakfast included and Hubby loved the sausages, great choice, Evening meal and Afternoon Tea, sandwiches and a drink in the bar - all beautifully cooked, presentation excellent. Clipper open top bus stops just up from the Hotel, there is parking on site. Will book again loved it best stay in Great Yarmouth"

"Not good at all this place no longer exists it’s now a care home came for a family holiday to be left out on the street awaiting another hotel to book in and having to pay for another holiday and paid out twice despite my age and my health this is totally unacceptable and should not even be advertised on here to take your Money and not get the goods "
