"The room and bed were very comfortable. We would have liked a fridge in the room, that was the only thing missing.
Breakfast was really nice, good options from both the menu and buffet.
The location was fantastic and the food in the bar was really tasty and big portions too."

"The whole property is very well kept and is spotless in all areas staff were very friendly ,parking can be a bit hit and miss not always able to get a spot near the property but we were there in peak season maybe it's better out of season
The only point I would like to make that you need to know what floor your room is on as the stairs to some rooms are rather steep and if you had mobility problems you might find them difficult

"The first greeting was the stink of dogs had to go to shop and get some smellies,the road noise was terrible ,
So many gaps around windows and doors it never warmed up, the lounge furniture was filthy think it all needs replacing perhaps not have dirty smelly animals in there, managed 3 x nights but couldnt wait to get home."

Communication through routine attachments sent was good but slow or no response to individual questions asked via Expedia app compared to other hotels/ accommodations where response has been much better. Price is on higher side and for me was a little overpriced for Great Yarmouth as a location overall. But can’t fault the property and the views."
"Very spacious property (all be it up 3 flights of stairs), clean, modern and good facilities. When arrived room with 2 single beds was in fact made into a double which wasn’t what we wanted (I had explained I needed 5 beds so sofa bed was also made up). Also no cleaning products, broom or dustpan which would have been useful.
Road noisy as old building windows not soundproof facing the main road. Few drunk and dodgy people around noisy at night. 20 mins walk to beach which was ok for us and...
