"Lovely hotel right on the sea front and walking distance to everything you need. Staff were really pleasant and helpful. Bathroom was a bit dated but clean and very usable. Breakfast was absolutely brilliant. Interesting getting in to the car park though! Narrow, but as they said you can get a transit van down into it! :-). Overall a very pleasant overnight stay"

"Nice hotel very close to everything. 5 min walk to Joyland. Plenty of free parking on site. We had a double sea view room. It was a bit small and up in the eaves, bumped my head once, but it was certainly adequate for our 2 night stay. Plenty of tea and coffee and biscuits too! Breakfast was really good and there was a nice little bar area too where you could also sit outside. Would stay again. "

"Overall the stay was very good. Check in friendly and the staff were very cheerful and was there if you needed any help. The rooms were very clean. The breakfast and food in the evening in the restuarant were very good. The facilities included were the swimming pool and gym if you needed them. There was a bus stop outside the hotel if you wanted to get to various places which we used every day. Plenty of free parking which is good. Certainly recommend the hotel to anyone."

"This is a budget hotel and I have reviewed it as such. At £23 a night it was perfect for my overnight pit stop. Room was dated but perfectly functional.
