"It was a lovely gated community , safe and serene surrounded by nature . A bit far from train station though if you don’t have a car . Harold wood station is 9 minutes drive where you can catch the Elizabeth Line . The only concern was that a fob should be given to long term guests to get in and out of the main gate , that was a hassle . Otherwise I would highly recommend this stay ."

The kitchen has everything to offer to prepare a real family meal although we only prepared our breakfast to enjoy it on the terrace. "We stayed 5 nights at the house. Overall we had a nice stay and the space/rooms were great for our family. I was a little disappointed at the dirtiness of the front yard when you came through the gate, and the couch was definitely not something I wanted to sit on. We attempted to do laundry but couldn’t ever get the drying feature to work even with finding a manual online and attempting to get guidance from home owner. It would be helpful to have written directions somewhere for future guests....

"My family of four (two teens) stayed for four nights. We really enjoyed our stay and felt at home. Nice living room area to unwind after a day out. Comfortable sleeping spaces (two of which are lower level with one having a bit of a damp smell) with nice clean linens. Host was quick with responses and great at communication in general.
