"It was a lovely gated community , safe and serene surrounded by nature . A bit far from train station though if you don’t have a car . Harold wood station is 9 minutes drive where you can catch the Elizabeth Line . The only concern was that a fob should be given to long term guests to get in and out of the main gate , that was a hassle . Otherwise I would highly recommend this stay ."

"Hotels.com messed up. Was never allowed to check in because the apartment owner demanded to be paid directly and not by the Hotels.com and that is after paying hotels.com upfront. I just want my money refunded. Period. "

"This place fit the budget and was close enough for all our London activities. We needed a little extra space for our adult kids traveling with us, and this place was just right. Michael was attentive as it was quite warm during our stay and he sent us fans to stay comfortable at night. The house is older but that added to its charm."

"We were a group of 6 friends visiting London for 10 days and this property was absolutely perfect!! It was clean and spacious and gave every one the ability to have private space but there was plenty of room for us to be together too. Nic, the owner, was super responsive and accommodating and always answered my questions in a timely fashion. "This place was absolutely lovely for our family. We had three adults and two children (8 & 11) and there was plenty of room for all. It is a brief walk to the Tube which got us wherever we needed to go. Jeremy is an excellent host and super easy to communicate with when needed. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone!"

"We get good responsive action when we needed the flower and front garden cut. back garden need cutting, insect started entering the house, shower curtain need to be fixed but response, we mop water everyday after shower. We stayed over 3 weeks no cleaner to clean and we paid for cleaning each time we extend our stay. We will go else where so that the house can be cleaned when we leave instead of extending it and remain in the unkept environment. We stayed that long because of nearness to home...

"Not accurately portrayed in the photos at all. Very dirty, stains on carpets, floors, ceilings, mirrors, windows. Washing machine leaking onto kitchen floor, broken showers, wardrobes broken. Over all very un kept, dirty and shabby. We most definitely will not be coming here again. No care taken at all."

"Were there for 4 days with my familly, catford brodge station close to the house (sometimes better to take an Uber) to go london center. Only one thing that maybe have to be adjusted => No dryer machine availaible, and no vacuum cleaner to keep the place clean :) Thank you Emmanuel for all We had wonderfull holidays"
