"Had a great 4-night stay. Had the most amazing, helpful, and friendliest staff of any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. We had a few special requests once we checked in, and they quickly and happily accommodated. The room was very clean, modern, and had great amenities. The king bed was very firm, actually didn’t mind it but normally prefer a softer bed. Sofa bed mattress was like they all are, thin and uncomfortable, but we requested an extra mattress to add on top and they brought it up right away. Our teenage son slept on the sofa bed with 2 mattress all 4 nights and it was perfect! Loved how close it was to the Tower Bridge and Tower of London. Plenty of stores, restaurants, and pubs in close walking distance. Very nice area just across the bridge on the river as well. Restaurant had great food and service…there’s free coffee in the lounge. Did not do the breakfast Buffett but ordered breakfast a few days off the menu, very good breakfast food and the kids loved the lasagna for dinner! It was a little further away from the central city attractions, but hopped on the underground right there at Tower Hill station and we were there in 10-15 minutes no problem. Quiet and safe area, definitely recommend to others, and would stay again when in London. "

"It was good we checked in early as requested in booking Justin so wonderful and after that evening we got assisted by Richard so amazing helping us charge my phone talked to us the ends and out of London since it’s our 1st time travel our dinner wasn’t good coz we came back late only pasta is available and next day Philip was super handful help us calling our flight going home in Us and asssist us directly where to ride tube coz we liked shopping and they hold our luggage’s before flight so accommodating I only give 4 stars because during breakfast I selected to sit outside and told me I can’t sit to those empty chair no reservation written and their breakfast Buffett was excellent I recommend this hotel .."

"This hotel is beautiful and located near everything!! I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. We hoped on electric bikes located near the front door and rode 18 miles. Seeing everything it was epic!"

"Location is perfect. Take a bus or the Tube. You can go anywhere in London. Tower Hill tube station is located right under the hotel. Employees super friendly and helpful. Hotel is modern and clean. Loved it."

"The night front desk staffed by Somali expatriates were most helpful. Needed som milk to sleep and they went out the way to get a glass. Will stay there again"
