"This hotel was close to so many great things. We were able to see the Tower Bridge right from our balcony and could walk to it in just a couple minutes. Also, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Raul was amazing and gave us so many great ideas and information. His enthusiasm for the city got us so excited to get out and explore."

"Nice hotel with good restaurants and good breakfast in an amazing location. But my it was cold so I needed a heater, my toilet took many times to flush, the QR code for room service wasn't working and when I ordered a wake up call (in case my phone didn't work for some reason), no one woke me up. Luckily my phone worked and I made it on time for my flight."

"Cute little room in a nice part of time. Be warned, if you open the window you will know everything that is going on in the streets. It’s can be loud. But all in all a great stay."

"Clean room. The hotel feels welcoming, warm and friendly. Good buffet breakfast. Wifi worked well. Great location near transport. Really enjoyed my stay."

"Staff are great. There’s laundry which is super handy."

"Great place to stay for our 3 day trip to London. Very helpful staff. 5 minutes walk to DLR West India Key station. Under 10 minutes walk to Uber river taxis. Comfy bed and nice shower."
