"It’s great when you can support an independent motel instead of the big chains. We enjoyed a clean comfortable shower and sleep in a comfortable very well kept little motel. The a/c was wonderful, cool, with a steady sound that never awakened me the way the ones at too many other hotels have on our cross country trip. "

The nice young woman who I believe is the owner was very gracious and accommodating. It’s walking distance to old downtown which has plenty of restaurants. The parking lot can be a little tricky due to the design and space. I highly recommend this quaint inn and hope to make a return visit. "

Great place. We went to the Draft Horse Competition at the fairgrounds which was great fun. The whole area is green and beautiful.

Grass Valley is pretty, the downtown area was well kept and walking friendly. Wish I had more time to visit more attractions. Lots of trails. Places close early even on weekends.
