Hotel manager honored our early check in and late check out. Was very nice and helpful. At first glance, the room seemed clean. Upon further inspection, we found a dead cockroach near the a/c unit, a bug in the shower, a used bar of soap in the shower, burns in the mattress protector, a blood stain on the comforter and we were unaware of the construction happening at the property and the parking lot was completely blocked off. Got back at 1am from a family wedding and had to park super far away up the hill. Thankfully, the manager was super understanding and was willing to work with us.

Quiet stay with convenient parking, but needs deep cleaning and better maintenance. I stayed here for 2 nights and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the hotel is very quiet, which made for a peaceful night's rest, and the parking lot was great and convenient. The location is also very practical, with a few fast-food options and a grocery store nearby which made grabbing quick meals and essentials easy. However, the cleanliness and maintenance definitely need improvement, especially for the price. I noticed a dark stain on the wall that looked like spilled coffee, and the stand-up shower area had visible rust or mold. Additionally, the laundry room door near the elevator was constantly left wide open, exposing sheets and towels scattered all over the floor, and staff carts were frequently left sitting in the hallways. In terms of service, the front desk was often empty, and you had to ring a bell whenever you needed to get a staff member's attention. The breakfast was edible, but not great. Overall, it was a decent stay, but it feels significantly overpriced for a place that is not being kept properly clean.
