"The cottage was perfect for our little family! We have an infant and there was enough space for us all to be comfortable, and the cottage itself was so homey. We had TV access, there was board games, and the hosts put it over the top. Beyond just suggestions for places to go, we arrived to cookies from the local market, as well as baby-proofing items for our toddler! The AC went on the fritz, and the hosts went out and got new ones same day because our infant is prone to heat rash, and came over while we were out to install them for us! Super communicative, super helpful, really went the extra mile. Couldn’t recommend enoug!"

"As much as we tried, this property ended up being a big disappointment. First it was small things like the oven light and fan didn't work, the front door automatic PIN lock was broken (so they gave us a manual key that almost didn't work either, and the HDMI cable was almost broken off behind the TV so the TV barely worked. But then it became bigger things like the heat didn't work at all in at least two rooms. Never came on during the night. And then in two other rooms the heat never shut off. Also, the outside shower wasn't fully put together nor were the towel holders in the bathroom. And the last straw was while on my vacation I got admitted to the hospital and was checking out the morning our stay was over. I asked for a couple of hours extension to give us time to get all of our stuff out since I was just getting out and they said they had to charge me. If I were you, I would stay away from Vacasa, owner or renter. They don't take care of the properties or people very well."

"Keith was easy to talk to, responsive, and wonderful to deal with! The property was beautiful and we had everything we needed. The rooms were well cared for, clean and comfortable. We had our wedding ceremony and reception in the yard towards the beginning of our stay and Keith was there to make sure we and the party suppliers had what they needed to set up. If we ever have a large party staying again on the Vineyard, we will look no further!"

"A beautiful and well maintained home and property; a quintessential Vineyard location and ambiance. Small things including an indecipherable dishwasher, and lack of silverware were the only detractions from an otherwise perfect home. Wood fire was ready, and the home was warm and cozy when we arrived."

"Lovely, cozy cottage with lots of light, far away from crowds but near enough to go anywhere. One star taken off because the bedroom only had a day curtain and no dark night curtain—even if the location is in the woods, I can't understand why. Bedrooms are private places."

"Overall, the house was great — very clean, lots of space, beautiful property. My 3 star review has to do with a couple of issues and a lack of responsiveness from the owner/property manager. When we arrived, the code to open the lockbox didn’t work. I texted the owner (maybe a bot rather than a live person?) who could not solve the problem. I was told “our local team is working on the issue.” We wondered around the house and eventually found an open door. The “local team” never came or got in touch with us so while we could get into the house, we were not able to lock the house during our stay since we were never able to open the lockbox to retrieve a key. On our final evening we didn’t have any hot water. I once again reached out. I was once again told the local crew was working on it. I never heard from anyone else and no one ever arrived to try to solve the problem, leaving us unable to shower before traveling home — not a huge deal for most of us but one person was traveling to CA. Thankfully, we had family staying on island and the CA traveler was able to use their shower before the long journey. These were two incidents that certainly didn’t ruin our stay but were very unfortunate and wouldn’t have seemed like a big deal if we felt like someone was actually trying to resolve the issues."

"This property has everything for families with children. We found everything we needed and our son loved the toys there. The hosts were really helpful and gave us a late check out so we didn’t have to wait for a long time at the airport with an infant. Highly recommend this rental for families traveling with infants or small children!"

"We stayed at the property for 3 days and it was accurately listed online. The house has plenty of kitchen items to cook, games, and other helpful amenities. The property is very private and located in a beautiful wooded area that is quiet. We brought a car and that was helpful. Sometimes we struggled to get Ubers when needed but that was due to the lack of drivers and not a reflection of the property at all. Overall, we had a great stay and would be excited to stay here again in the future!"
