"The staff, the rooms, the rooftop pool, the location are all what makes this an excellent place to stay. We had a room at the back of the hotel which allowed us to enjoy the lovely atmosphere of the courtyard that often had live music. You can walk to everything you need from this hotel but it is such a lovely place that you may not be in a rush to leave."

"Stayed in this hotel right in the Gothic Quarter a couple of nights before cruise. Excellent location. Very busy area but loved that we could walk right out the front door to the street. Walking distance to many restaurants and cafes. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. A little bit loud at night when a few quests arrived late. Restaurant on site was ok. Front desk staff were pleasant. "

"A unique and nice hotel with super location to shopping, restaurants, and all of the excitement of The Rambla Area. Beautiful suite. The bathtub (and shower, in one) a bit difficult to get in & out as it was so high without a stool or handrail. The disappointing part is that the two elevators are extremely small and we got stuck in one; no lights, no power and no way to call for help. Front desk staff didn't seem terribly worried. "Reserved for a comfort triple with a separate bedroom with 2 twins/ 1 king and a twin in living room. Was put in a double with smaller room and no bedroom living area separated. The hotel staff continually argued that it was an upgrade like I was stupid. They did give me the room reserved after 2 days and provided free breakfast. I had to argue to get back the free breakfast when they removed the breakfast after 2 days. "
