"Called the Barcelona Airport Hotel but NOT at the airport. When arriving at the hotel, the shuttle did not come after 40 mins. Called the hotel and the staff was extremely rude. A shuttle ride from the hotel to Terminal B takes 20 mins. Located in an industrial area with no restaurants or anything close by. This hotel is NOT ideal as it is far from the airport."

"Check in was slow and front desk representatives were not particularly customer oriented. Rooms had no tissues except toilet paper, no blankets, no coverlets for the beds and no washcloths.
