"The property is small, but served our needs for one month stay. Like other comments the unit is central to all sites and easy to get around. This is an old dirty building and the hallways were dirty and smelled of rotting garbage. Exterior of building and lobby photos were deceiving. Our arrival time was delayed 3+ hours and due to time difference and language we were not met in a timely manner to receive the keys.Trying to communicate through VRBO is not acceptable. "We had the unfortunate timing of visiting just prior to the Coronavirus lockdown and travel bans and spent a week locked down in this apartment before flying out early, but we were still happy with the apartment. Mario was wonderful and the apartment was everything we hoped for. Would love to come back again for the vacation that was missed."

"This is a great boutique hotel , and with in walking distance of everything in old Barcelona. Staff are excellent and very accommodating. Property is beautiful , and food at the hotel is very good , they have the Michelin sign on display . "
