"Room was clean and properly stocked with everything we needed. Stafff was wonderful from the doormen to counter to bar , we had a great experience. The hotel is closed to the museums and also close to public transportation which was a big plus for us. We traveled with our dog and had a lot of fun walking her to the park which was only two blocks away. 100% recommended!!!! Great restaurants in the area too"

"They clean the room everyday which is great the room was clean but the rugs in the aisle are old and looks dirty.
The staff in reception is very helpful and kind.
I don’t use amenities even tho they charge me for them."

"Beware! Expedia says they charge all taxes with the payment, but the property charged me $228 dollars extra at check out, saying those are urban taxes. (Expedia doesn’t disclose this)
The people at frontdesk are not focused on giving a good service, not nice at all. They didn’t explained anything about the hotel. Kind of rude.
The included breakfast is just credit for the coffee bar. Not breakfast.
The widow of my room was completely dirty, so much covered in dirt that you couldn’t see...
