"The hotel isn't at the airport it's about 6 miles from the airport.It is situated right behind ikea at Braehead.I should have taken more note of the address.The hotel staff were pleasant.The lift was broken we arrived, but it was fixed the next day.It spoiled our stay as we were to meet people arriving at Glasgow airport.The good thing about this hotel is the car parking is free."

Between Glasgow and Edinburgh, it is a tale of two cities. While less tourist oriented than Edinburgh, Glasgow has great museums (Riverside and Kelvingrove, to name a few), parks and neighborhoods. Lots of students and a hip vibe. Worth a trip.

Glasgow is the poor relation to Edinburgh but has so much to offer. Beautiful architectural buildings, Renee Mackintosh Tea Rooms from art deco era, fun things to do like crazy golf try Fang golf out good laugh and fun, open bus tour worth doing.

Glasgow feels like a very friendly and hospitable village. As the slogan says 'People Make Glasgow' and this could not be more true. From the person selling the ticket for the AirPort Express Bus right the way through to our final departure !

Glasgow is one of the most fun places to go out in the evening as there are so many choices. It is very good for shopping, better than Edinburgh (though that is the closest city to me and my usual place to go.) It is definitely worth a visit.

Glasgow is a vibrant city with so much to do! Super restaurants & pubs within walkable distance. You can easily explore outside the city, there are trains, buses and tour groups. This was our 5th visit, and we saw lots of new places!

They're are lots of great independent cafes and restaurants, so avoid the chains and try them out. We loved Stereo adhd The Bay Tree. There are so many free galleries and museums to see and The Stand comedy club is worth a visit too

Firstly getting around Glasgow was a doddle, cheap reliable public transport. Did a few day trips to the riverside transport museum and the kelvingrove art gallery, went bowling, did the cinema, ate out.. genuinely lovely few days
