We had a lovely stay! We arrived earlier than check in time and appreciated the ability to sit in the restaurant for a drink & bite while we waited. The room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our stay. It was also so conveniently located to many attractions. We would definitely come back.

Offsite parking, but there is a large parking garage that isn't to far, and they do validate a portion of the parking fee.

Centrally located near Queen St Station and not far from Buchanan Bus Station. Very nice breakfast buffet a d comfortable rooms. Kind of weird check in with self service Kiosks that often confuse guests, and require staff assistance, which they seem to be trying to minimize. I miss the registration desk with people.

This hotel was in walking distance to the train and the bus station. Walking distance to shopping and to alot of great pubs. Would definitely recommend the hop-on hop-off bus to see Glasgow and Edinburgh, as for the hotel itself, checking in was a little hard , the hotel was good. Food was good. Can improve in the room. We had no heat for the week we were there, could use a min fridge ,and cups for the bathroom, and a suitcase stand, over all mold was in the bathroom and by the window.

It was a decent stay but it is more of a budget hotel than a nice hotel. Local amenities are good, its in the heart of the city which is good. The room itself was not great though.

Excellent location, very spacious and clean rooms, very kind and helpful staff. In my opinion the only thing that was missing was a mini fridge, but the staff was so helpful that they put my stuff in the hotel fridge, which I really appreciated. Would highly recommend!
