"We enjoyed our stay, the food was great, facilities were clean and well maintained. Our room service was spot on and when we left the 'Do not disturb' sign on the door one day and the staff did not clean the room - the next day they left a lovely bowl of fruit to say sorry. The pool and pool area was wonderful. We will be staying here on our next visit to Cairo and recommend this delightful hotel."

"They literally could not pay me to stay there again! Worst experience of all my travels and I’ve been around the world. Too many reasons to list. Just stay away from this property.
