Nice and clean place

The place is new and modern style. Nice view from the top restaurant. I only recommend using their restaurant for breakfast. Staff are friendly and helpful.

This is by far the best property I have stayed at in Egypt. Everyone at the front desk is extremely helpful and have made my stay here in Egypt easy. The rooms are clean and the property is very clean. Rooms are exactly as described on Expedia's website. I would like to personally thank Muhammad, Salam, Mahmoud, Mohamed, and Manaa for providing exceptional service and going the extra mile to ensure a smooth stay at the hotel.

I stayed at Remal Pyramids hotel for 2 nights as a femald solo traveler. The area was hectic and busy typical for Giza, but the hotel was very safe. It's located close to the GEM museum, about 12 min by car. The view from the rooftop is absolutely fantastic, you can see all three pyramids! And thats where you take breakfast each morning. The hotel was very recently renovated, you have everything you need in the room plus there's an elevator. The staff went above and beyong to make sure I had a comfortable stay. When i asked for a band-aid, Mohammed the owner sent one of his employees to come pick it up at a pharmacy nearby that was very sweet, and he also helped me to give direction to Talabat driver when I placed a food delivery order. Thank you for taking care of me and I definitely recommend this hotel in Giza.

Väldigt nöjd över lag, hjälpsamma och väldigt trevliga. Nära pyramiderna men ska man spendera mycket tid inne i stan så är det lite för långt att ta sig in till stan.

We were treated like royalty in Remal Pyramids Hotel! They took care of everything from our shuttle from the airport to guiding us around the city, booking us an amazing tour with a local guide to the pyramids and even assisting us with getting our sim cards and exchanging money. The installations are very clean and brand new and you will find everything you need. The breakfast at the terrace overlooking the pyramids was definitely one of the peak moments of our days.
