"Hyatt Schaumburg is located in an area that is upscale, with plenty of shopping and good restaurants. The hotel itself is modern and well maintained. The staff that I encountered were excellent. I asked Kam , the receptionist, where something was located , and instead of pointing she walked me to the location and in addition, showed me two more areas ( pool & gym). Poll is small , only 4 foot deep but room temperature, not icy cold. Starbucks in the lobby . Breakfast is buffet priced at over $20 , but nice , with just about everything, including omelette station. Tool has programable safe. Bathroom is rather small . You can't enter the shower without closing the bathroom entrance door. Room was clean on arrival and cleaned daily . Checkin is at 4 pm, checkout is at 11 am ."

"The rooms were nice if a bit dated. Everything was clean and we had a fantastic stay. Special thanks to Patrick at the front desk for leaving a great lasting impression. Super helpful and friendly staff! Would highly recommend."
