"Lovely hotel in quiet residential area, although good, value for money restaurants and markets are close by. Staff throughout are great, very friendly and helpful. House keeping staff do an excellent job. Excellent room and facilities for the price. Although away from most tourist sites (dolmabache about 40 min walk) getting around is easy. "Service was amazing even though hotel was pretty booked up. Everyone is very helpful I only had 20 hours in Istanbul and they gave me a full plan, they also really ensured I was taken care of, I was able to stay in touch with a worker through WhatsApp incase of anything. Best service I’ve received thus far in a beautifully put hotel with an excellent location and spa!!"
