"The rooms were not as advertised. Extremely small & severely outdated. Had hair on the supposedly fresh towels. The bathroom walls & floor were soaked with condensation from the shower. Definitely a slip & fall waiting to happen. No ventilation in the room or bathroom. It’s either extremely hot/humid. Noise from other floors & doors slamming. The cleaning crew have no awareness that guests might be sleeping so they proceed to move about making all the noise in the world. We had no choice but to...

"This is an excellent location, central to everything and steps away from subway. Hotel staff were super friendly and accommodating. Room was very clean. Lobby was lively and inviting to work in or just hang out. I also liked the low-light vibe throughout, however, it was difficult to put make-up on in my room which is the only drawback. Overall, I felt it was great value for the area and I would book there again."

"Room is nice size with big windows that let in a lot of light. Beds are firm and clean. The bathroom is all black and the lighting is poor. Could use better vanity lighting. No coffee maker nor water is offered. If you want complimentary coffee you have to go down to the lobby in the morning. Overall, not worth the price that we were charged."
