"We had some difficulty opening the door initially but the staff came very fast to help us with it, which we greatly appreciated. We mainly communicated to them via Whatsapp. The room is very luxurious, big and modern and clean. The amount of amenities provided is insane. They even have a dishwasher in the room! The wifi was also strong which is a win. One downside is that there is no lift. You have to climb up a flight of stairs with your luggages to reach the apartment."

"Everyone is nice, it is a secure location and a good bed. We stayed two nights. The issue is that it is a little far from Lucca and/or any center, so I think they could help guests by putting a bottle of water in the room, and/or having some coffee/tea (they provided coffee pods for the first day only. "We rented all three houses for 12 people, which worked very well. The grounds and the area are typically Tuscan, very charming and beautiful. The propertymanager is very helpful and available. "While it takes a little bit of getting to this place, it is beautiful and sublime. Poggio is a small commune set on a hill overlooking the beautiful Serchio Valley. The views from the back porch in this unit are truly spectacular. You can see the valley and the neighboring villages, many of which have hillside fortresses and churches. "very helpful team. the property is convenient for a good choice of restaurants and the beach but you need a car to visit the area. the only downside was a couple of days during our stay there were conferences which meant parking was difficult."
