"This was the perfect location to stay for a retreat and also for a day trip into Cinque Terre. We won’t get over being driven in a cart to and from the parking lot down a charming rock wall lined street. It’s the most magical entry to a hotel we’ve ever experienced. Their customer service is exceptional, going above and beyond in every way. We were greeted with a welcome drink and given complimentary DELICIOUS snacks by the pool. The view at breakfast was the best we experienced in all of Italy. Looking into the Ligurian sea was beautiful. The spa was wonderful and available to us to use privately for an hour when it was not in use. What a treat! Sauna, steam room relaxation areas with a freshly prepared treat made by the chef waiting for us. Two nights was not enough to enjoy this beautiful property! Laura gave us recommendations on how to enjoy Cinque Terre and local restaurants, plus graciously answered any of our questions. We loved meeting her!"

"The staff were very helpful and engaging. The breakfast was incredible, and the service and food were excellent. The room was very nice and well appointed. Any issues (air conditioning, TV) were fixed immediately. Enjoyed the roof top bar and the location was one of the best on the promenade "

"The hotel was easy to find, staff are very friendly and helpful. Good swimming pool with sun beds. However, is next to the main road so the pool area is noisy. Good parking and close to the best shopping streets outside Milan. "

"Friendly meeting at reception, comfortable room, good air con, breakfast was very good, plenty choice. The pool area is well looked after and the pool although quite small is perfect for a cooling dip. All service was excellent, breakfast staff all friendly and helpful. Short walk to the city walls and some nice restaurants within 15 minutes walk. Carbone was our favourite. I definitely recommend this hotel."
