"We absolutely loved our stay at The Buxton. The staff are amazing. The location's proximity to CSU and Old Town Fort Collins make it ideal for a FoCo stay. While some things, like an in room refrigerator might be an issue for some, the other amenities more than make up for it. We enjoyed trying the red light mask and the Vegas nerve stimulator, and if things like the pink and black decor don't tell you all you need to know about the vibe, these might. What they've done to renovate this older motel is simply superb. The grounds and room were spotless. The morning coffee in the lobby was better than most other places we've stayed. The staff went above and beyond. We live local and we will certainly come back for another staycation in the future."

"Plenty of living space and all the bedrooms had excellent space. Everything was clean and well laid out. A few quirks to the house design/layout that made the stay exciting. Each bedroom has its own window A/C unit perfect for individuals that want a custom temperature for bedtime. We will definitely be looking at this property for future stays in Fort Collins."

"This place was exactly as advertised, and the host was very helpful and friendly. It’s the most nicely decorated and most comfortable rental house that I’ve stayed in. It’s all in one level with no stairs and only about 15 minutes from CSU animal hospital. That made it an ideal place for me to stay while my dog had surgery and then recovered for a few days afterwards before heading home. It will be my first choice if we need to return."

"We loved staying here. The location was great. The only negative is that the living room is very small. There were three of us staying there and when my son came over to visit with us, four of us in the living room was not very comfortable. We had to pull in a chair from another room. But, they did have other chairs, so it worked out. We really enjoyed it and we were super glad for the designated parking. We loved the outdoor spaces on the balcony and the backyard. The communication with the hosts was excellent. Extremely prompt replies. We did not use the stove at all, so I can’t comment on that. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for the takeout food we ordered. For the hosts: 1) some bulbs are out in the kitchen. 2). The living room lamp went off, randomly, by itself once, 3). I recommend more hooks or shelves in the bathroom. It was all very manageable. These are just convenience recommendations."
