"Plenty of living space and all the bedrooms had excellent space. Everything was clean and well laid out. A few quirks to the house design/layout that made the stay exciting. Each bedroom has its own window A/C unit perfect for individuals that want a custom temperature for bedtime. We will definitely be looking at this property for future stays in Fort Collins."

"I’m normally a Marriott guy but would stay here ina heartbeat again. Beats any of the courtyard, Fairfield, and spring hill brands. Upgraded room amenities like towels, bedding, etc. it’s a converted motel but they did such a nice job with it. Great value and location to campus."

"Buyer beware on this property. It seems to be a rental from the owners private residence but it is actually 2 separate rental units from the same owner. The larger portion was rented to a group of guys having a bachelor party. They started testing their sound equipment around 9:30pm and keep us up until around 11:30 pm. Contacted VRBO and host and could not get any support. Finally heard from host the next day and said that quiet hours were after 10pm, gave the host information about the incident but still have not received any additional feedback. The host lack of response seems to reflect their lack of concern for our stay."

"We enjoyed staying there and that it included a fenced yard. That was great for our dog. The only issue that was a little difficult was that there was one bathroom and it was in the second bedroom. So you had to walk through the living room, kitchen, dining room and second bedroom in order to use the restroom at night. The only other issue I saw was that the sink and bathtub did not drain properly and that is easy to fix. Otherwise we would stay there again. Our dog gave it 5 stars too! Thank you Donna Smevog"
