"We loved the space for 3 adults especially having laundry since this visit was part of a longer trip. The Smart TV allowing us to login to our own streaming apps was a perk that you don't always get at hotels. Living room chairs are so comfortable and nice in the summer to have the AC units. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked for all our needs. The location was central to everything we wanted to do in Fort Collins as part of the anniversary celebration for my parents. Communication with the host was great and check-out procedures were very easy. Also for elderly who can't walk far, the parking is right next to the front door which made accessibility great. Would stay here on our next visit!"

"We loved our stay here. The history of the house made it even more meaningful, and we loved our morning walks to the gardens at the old Fort Collins high school. Also walked easily downtown to have coffee. Lovely, lovely, lovely. Slept great on the bed and even thought it was really hot while we were there, we were very comfortable with the inside temperature. Would definitely stay again! Really special place!"
Dog Friendly with Private Fenced Yard, close to CSU and Old Town

"We enjoyed staying there and that it included a fenced yard. That was great for our dog. The only issue that was a little difficult was that there was one bathroom and it was in the second bedroom. So you had to walk through the living room, kitchen, dining room and second bedroom in order to use the restroom at night. The only other issue I saw was that the sink and bathtub did not drain properly and that is easy to fix. Otherwise we would stay there again. Our dog gave it 5 stars too! Thank you Donna Smevog"
