"Very close to the Old Town area of Fort Collins. Very walkable. Beautiful neighborhood with cute homes all around. "

"The hotel has a large open atrium style and hosts large special events with hundreds of people and amplified music and speaking. This went on until 10:45 PM. The noise makes it into the rooms making it impossible to sleep or relax. The special evens also fill the parking lot making it hard to park for guests, even when they require you to pay for parking. Check for events happening during your stay. Otherwise the hotel is clean, but average."

"Parking is street parking and it took some work to find a spot. The room itself is a nice and clean room, with plenty of space, but there were two big issues: lighting and the mattress. There is a very bright 'exit' sign in the room, like you are used to seeing in commercial building hallways and the like, making sleep difficult. Further, the bathroom light is on 'auto' so anytime one of us got up to use the restroom we inevitably disturbed the other (not that thy were sleeping well anyhow). Finally the mattress sagged significantly in the middle further affecting our sleep. It's okay, and th elocation is great, but I won't personally be staying there again."

"We were not informed until the day before that the property was being remodeled. there was no pool available. We were told there would be breakfast - fruit, granola bars, coffee was all that was provided because, no kitchen. I had to go to the lobby to get hot water to make my tea...there was no chair in our room - they were "on order" which did not help us. The toilet clogged twice - fixed quickly, fortunately. But we were offered the use of the lobby facilities while waiting. The staff had few solutions for anything - they did offer excuses. "

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this VRBO in downtown Fort Collins! The location couldn’t have been better—just steps away from great restaurants, shops, and everything the area has to offer. The space itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. It truly felt like a home away from home.The host was fantastic—responsive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the home that made our visit extra special.Whether you’re visiting for a weekend getaway or a longer stay, this place is perfect. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking to experience the best of Fort Collins!"

"This little one bedroom was perfect for my vacation up in Colorado. I was in town for a family wedding and just needed a place for myself for the weekend and it was perfect. Communication was easy. There’s nothing that was missing from the unit that I could think of. Just an all-around perfect little spot. Also great location right in between the school and old town. Both are walkable. "
