"We’ve been traveling through Italy in the main cities and this hotel so far has been the best. The staff made it so special, always going above expectation. Restaurant was really good for food too! Big thank you to the reception desk, waiting on staff, chefs and cleaners.

"Thank you for our great stay here! After walking all day and being surrounded by city noise, it was truly special to be able to relax in the courtyard, have the window open and just relax. The vibe at this hotel is very peaceful. It’s easy to walk to the main sites from this location. The attentive service of everyone at the hotel is truly incredible, we will be back again when we come back!"

"Staff were very helpful and friendly, fantastic environment very clean, elegant. It was so nice to go out all day to shop and explore Florence and come back to the pool. Have a drink by the pool and then go out for a nice dinner close by I have recommended this hotel to many friends. I’m looking forward to going back next year and staying longer. 🇮🇹💕"
"Location is good, about 10 minutes walk from the train station. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. The room is spotless and modern. Breakfast was great too, with plenty of fresh fruits, pastries and cooked breakfast items with fluffy pancakes. Hand written card with a little gift of Tuscan biscuits was a lovely personal touch. We enjoyed our stay."

"This is a very nice hotel with a wonderful villa atmosphere. We stayed 4 nights and had breakfast and dinner each night. The food was very good with incredibly beautiful views of the garden and grounds. It was so peaceful after a crowded day in Florence. The staff were friendly and made us feel very welcome. We would definitely stay again!"
