"The hotel location is great. The train is a short walk and there’s even a direct pathway. Not crowded part of town so that was nice too. Hotel is clean and the amenities are above and beyond. Breakfast buffet was also good. Service was top notch. We dropped our luggage off early and it was in our way by check in time."

"This hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was clean and spacious. There were 2 restaurants and a bakery/ cafe on the main level. It was too hot to spend time on the roof deck but it was lovely and the food looked delicious. Staff were very helpful with dinner reservations and forwarding our luggage to Tokyo. Sera, one of the hotel staff was especially helpful when my daughter needed to be seen by a medical doctor. She called for us and arranged for her to be seen before the office closed. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Spacious compared to other hotels in the Kyoto station area. Very quiet inside, despite being built within the station. Little kids will enjoy watching the Shinkansen run on the track from the rooms!"
