The location was incredibly convenient — right next to public transport and within walking distance of many attractions. The staff were polite, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Our room was spotless, modern, and comfortable, with everything we could possibly need. We especially appreciated the little touches like the yukata robes, green tea set, and quiet ambiance — perfect after a long day exploring the city. Breakfast was a highlight: a well-balanced selection of Japanese and Western options, beautifully presented and delicious. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kyoto — whether for leisure or business. It felt like a true home away from home."

"Exceptional experience. Best hospitality we have ever received. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Many great perks including a yukata to wear around, happy hour free drinks and a wonderful garden out back with an amazing view of the water. Kaiseki dinner was fantastic (lots of seafood) and a wonderful breakfast buffet. Room was amazing and the private onsen was very relaxing. Included complimentary shuttle service to the train station after check out in the morning. Would highly recommend staying here. 10/10."
