"Unfortunately, I was put in one of the "dark" rooms without a window except for one that looked out over the breakfast area. I think that should be noted when selecting a room. Also, this sounds a little crazy but the toilet seat was so low that it seemed as if it was for a child. Very uncomfortable. Otherwise, the room was clean and the bed was quite comfortable. But the air conditioning was making a whining noise every time it would come on and woke me up. Breakfast was fine and free which was nice. Over all, I would stay here again but be certain that I got a "normal" room."

"This hotel is located in a great spot... Easy walking access to Charles River trails, great restaurants and coffee nearby, plus easy free parking and access to busses. Perfect for my 2-day conference down the road. The room and bathroom were super clean and bed very comfortable. Only downside is what others have said about being able to hear noises from other hotel guests but that's more about other guests than the hotel. The price is definitely right. Thanks for a great stay, I highly recommend."

"This Hilton is going to be our new go-to in Boston. We’ve stayed at some of the other hotels around there (Sheraton, Weston), but this is our favorite. Why? 1. Nice and helpful staff, who are empowered to improve the guest experience. We were upgraded us to a lovely room with a curved window and view of Boston, and the staff was able to give us a later checkout. 2. Recently renovated. Beautiful gym! A/C system in the rooms is SILENT. Note: pool is still being renovated. 3. Great location. Walkable to Fenway, Pru mall, Copley square, Newbury st. 4. Small hotel, compared to the Sheraton across the street which is a conference hotel and has an impersonal feel. Highly recommend!"

"The breakfast was really good as was the room, and the happy hour drink prices were reasonable and the snacks were adequate. The only improvements I would suggest are they regularly check the ice makers on the floor because the ice maker on the floor I was on was non-functioning and the front desk staff I interacted with were okay, but a little on the indifferent side of things... They need to remember they're in the hospitality business and be a little warmer and more welcoming. I understand they had a lot of tour groups coming through and also that the hotel was pretty full but a little personal warmth goes a long way. Overall I would stay there again when in the Waltham area especially given that I got it at a decent discount through one of the online travel sites...."

The Revolution Hotel

"The Revolution Hotel has a beautiful and stylish lobby with a modern vibe. However, for guests who need to work remotely, the seating arrangements are not very practical. The high chairs around the tables are quite uncomfortable for extended periods, and while the sofas are more comfortable, they are not suitable for working with a laptop. The room itself was extremely small, and the bathroom layout was also inconvenient and uncomfortable. While the hotel has a trendy atmosphere and may appeal to younger travelers, I would not recommend it for guests in our age group. It seems much better suited for people in their twenties or early thirties who prioritize location and style over comfort and space. Overall, the hotel has a youthful, boutique feel and an attractive common area, but for mature travelers looking for comfort, functionality, and a more spacious room, there are better options available in Boston.
