"Staff friendly and helpful. Fresh bedding and towels."

"The room was dirty, floor hadn't been swept/mopped, got a washcloth and wiped everything down including door handles, TV remote, light switches, AC controls, bathroom. When I was done the washcloth was filthy. Had to wait for the sink to drain, clogged up. Ice machine down, both of them. Its like housekeeping only changed the bedding (I hope they changed the bedding) because there was absolutely no cleaning the rest of the room. Why didn't I complain, we were told by the guy in in the "kiosk...

"The staff was great the room wasn't cleaning usually be clean but it wasn't clean this time"
