"Toilet was not functioning after check-in and when we let the front desk know, we were told that we could not switch rooms and that we would have to wait until morning to have maintenance come and look at it and to use the lobby restroom. After a long day of driving this was extremely inconvenient especially since our room was on the opposite side of the lobby. "Absolutely loved how the studios were set up. Having 2 rooms was great! Super close to everything and really clean. Our flight got in super late and the host was very accommodating with not canceling our room after midnight. "

"This is a basic, if u just need a place for the night and can rough it. Our room smelled like cigarettes, hence the 2 ashtrays that were provided in the room. Did not really look when booking. It was late and just needed to sleep. No amenities just the basic, towels and bedding. No carpet, which was good, it would've made the smell worst. This place could really be due for a complete makeover. "
