"Bathroom sink was very small and shower was worn and old. There was no hot water for showering. Barely warm temperature all 3 days. The lighting was very dim. Would be nice to have better lighting over long mirror. No handheld mirror in bathroom. Staff was very welcoming and friendly when checking in. "

"Very run down - reminded me of a nursing home in the hallways. Might be okay in the main building but avoid the garden tower completely. Bathroom shower floor was stained black with dirt. We wore shoes in the shower. Would never stay here again. Bus service was okay but often leaves early so just be aware and always be at stop at least 5 minutes early. "

"Breakfast was great. The stay was relaxing and neat. The bed was super. The room was fantastic. My only complaint was the shower was a disaster to operate. Also it would be nice to have Netflix and Hulu on the tv. Other than that all was perfect! I definitely would recommend the hotel to others😎"

"Elevator was broken, had to walk around to the stairs, not fun when you come in from all day at Disney tired. They have breakfast but it over at 9 AM they didnt tell us check in the times, so we missed it. Room is nice, TV could be bigger in my opinion. Nice area, very quiet, sort of warehouses around you, so no homeless or sirens. As always, the AC a little loud but that is at every hotel. Not bad place to spend the night. "
