"The hotel is on the older side but the rooms are large. We were not in the main building and the temperature in the rooms was cold. I called to ask how to change the temperature and they said the entire building is on the same thermostat. It was definitely too cold. They did send blankets but it would have been nice to have a bit of control with the temperature. "

"We always stay here when we go to Disneyland. They offer breakfast and have a shuttle. The staff is always friendly and parking is easy. The rooms are clean, even though the beds aren't comfortable. They are manageable to use. The only thing I would say is a downside is that it gets a little stuffy. The fan is either too cold or the heater is too hot. There isn't an in-between. Other than that, I'm going to keep coming back."

"Room did not have running water. Surprised the toilet even flushed. No amenities. No shampoo or even soap to clean your hands. Outdated rooms, with little to no modernization. Looks like this place hasn’t had a remodel in years. Sketchy place and people. Very outdated equipment and I’m honestly surprised this place is still in business with the terrible rooms. p.s rooms smelled like cigarettes. DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE UNLESS THIS IS YOUR ONLY OPTION 0/10"

"Rooms are very clean, beds are very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Staff was very nice and friendly. Easy check in. Always a pleasant experience. Love the size of the rooms and it having a kitchen, stove fridge, sink and 2 tvs. "

"The room was clean although there was a cigarette burn on the arm of my couch. I was glad they had basics in the bathroom however the conditioner was mostly filled with water and just shut out hit me in the neck. They had put me in a hearing accessible room which was fine however the freeway outside the window was loud and the room itself appear to be connected to the elevator so all night long there was noise. They did provide it ear plugs and now I understand why. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was fine, and overall it's a decent place to stay!"
