" The hotel environment is absolutely extraordinary! Staff are nice and warm. The 2 included meals are delicious. The location is not at a convenient spot however there are shuttle services. If there is any imperfection, I would say the breakfast cafe seems a bit too crowded. I mean, the table arrangement is quite busy "

"We only stayed a night, but the property was good. Breakfast included and was a nice selection, and walkable from major train/bus stations to surrounding spots to see Mt Fuji. Slightly dated room, but it met our requirements and knew what we were expecting. Bed was comfy. "

"Great place to stay in Mount Fuji area. Our room was 302 with direct views to Mount Fuji. The room was huge with 3 beds an bathroom but no wardrobe. The place has amazing public baths with indoor and outdoor areas. Staff are really kind and helpful. There is a restaurant on site but didn’t try it.
