"The onsen should be more clean, that is my only suggestion. The rest amazing, I recommend this place."

"Nice room with a balcony. Small pastries and coffee were included for breakfast. We were also offered a complimentary transfer to the train station, which was very much appreciated. The staff was very nice and helpful."

"明らかに人手不足。まず、部屋のテーブルが何かこぼれた跡があってべたべたしていてがっかり。階段もホコリが溜まっていました。布団も自分たちで敷くシステム。朝食も冷凍庫のパンを自分たちでトースターで焼く。1人3個まで。全然お値段に見合っていないここ最近で1番ガッカリしました。"

"クーポンを使って安く泊まれたので、快適な1泊でした。"

"We appreciate the graciousness of the host. Having private access to the onsen is a blessing. However, we weren't sure if"

"とても親切！ 言葉が通じにくいこともありましたが心が通じました。 タバコの匂いが残念！ "

"Lovely location and a cozy traditional family hotel with stunning views of Mt Fuji. Highly recommend!"

"Front desk staff were very courteous and understanding. My only gripe is the centralized AC system but opening the window helped cooling the room a lot. Across the street from the Yamanakako-ashiagaoka bus stop, which helps get around! Will definitely book them again for my next stay in the Yamanakako area!!!"

"It was very nicely located and we were able to get parking near the hotel. The hotel staff were very nice and helpful. We even had a large community bath. Sadly we were unable to try out the foot bath since it rained almost the whole time there. I think if I am back in Fuji City, I will book again."

"Beautiful place with large room. Excellent dinners."

"Onsen very nice. Big luggage will have to carry downstairs, no elevator."

"I have stayed in my fair number of hostels and guesthouses in Japan and this is my new favourite. The atmosphere was so nice, offering like family dinner traditional cooked and eaten together, is a beautifully maintained traditional property. Location was perfect and I highly reccomend, couple hundred metres from the 2nd last stop on the train up (lawson also at the station) and the bus to head down the opposite way is also only 600-700metres away (also 7/11 there). It made for an easy escape...

"Some communications difficulties in English with most of the employees and this should not be the case in such hotel"
