"The front desk gentleman was excellent, our arrival was delayed by almost 3 hours due to a traffic on Interstate 70 and the detour route we had to follow. The gentleman on the check in desk called us to check our arrival time. Upon arrival he offered a free upgrade to a room with a jetted tub for my wife. An offer he certainly went the extra-mile and was very personable. A welcome relief to the difficulties of the drive that day."
