We stayed there because it was pet-friendly and close to the hospital where I had an early morning procedure the next day. The price was right and claims to be “bare bones.” It has a large refrigerator, sink, and stove!

Nightmare

I had requested an accessible room. There was nothing accessible about the room. My card key would not work and i had to keep asking someone to open the door to let me in. I did not feel safe. No breakfast. Elevator was sketchy. I will never stay here again. Ever!

When I read hotel review, I generally ignore the worst reviews. However, in this case, the worst reviews were pretty accurate. I stayed at the WoodSpring Suites SPECIFICALLY because it had a kitchen. BUT...there were no dishes, no utensils, not even hand towels. I thought maybe I could check them out from the front desk (for an added deposite, even). Nope. Nothing. That two burner stove and microwave were pretty useless with my stainless steel travel mug. The room smelled like pee and was really not well cleaned. There was grime in the bathroom corners, toothpaste splatters on the faucet and mirror, and food splatters on the walls near the tiny table. The floors turned the bottom of my white socks grey. The only thing this hotel had going for it was relatively inexpensive rates and a comfortable full-size (not queen!) bed. Also, the front desk lady was very nice (but the front desk man was not very pleasant).

You could cook your own meals on the range top and it has a normal size refrigerator. Plus, Microwave. Many people are living there by the month with their dogs. Barking dogs were annoying! It was very close to Communtiy Hospital where my appointments were.

The property was fine up to usual brand standard---PROBLEM IS THEY REQUIRED A $200 CASH DEPOSIT. I PAID IT, ON CHECKING OUT 27TH MAY, STAFF CHECKED MY ROOM, ALL GOOD, AND THAT MY DEPOSIT WOULD BE RETURNED ON MY CREDIT CARD. AS OF TODAY, JNE 16 NO REFUND. THE GEN.MGR CANNOT BE REACHED BY PHONE, OR EMAIL----EITHER THIS PLACE IS MANAGED BY THIEVES OR ?????

There’s no carpet anywhere, so the noise in the room and hallways travels. Bed was very uncomfortable and the washroom sink tap was broken. But the staff were lovely.

Perfectly nice

This really was perfect for our needs but I was quite surprised that there are NO dishes or utensils, or coffeepot within the room. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars for the whole stay was there was some water damage in the bathroom and the flooring was loose. The beds, sheets, towels and pillows were clean and soft. Also, tgere was always someone available to help us woth requests. They also allowed late checkout so I could shower and not go back sweaty in the car.

Clean, helpful staff, quiet location

There was some maintenance work going on at the hotel which led to some confusion about our reservation. The hotel staff did a great job finding us a different room type that worked perfectly for us. The area around the hotel is quiet and there is space to walk, or walk your dog. The hotel walls are a bit thin. You can hear neighboring rooms, but at night, the hotel was quiet. Our rooms were very clean and comfortable. Our rooms had refrigerators with freezers, microwaves, and cooktops. Note that there are no cooking pans/plates/cups/silverware etc. provided. The hotel does sell some of these items, but they are not in the rooms. Also, there is no coffee machine in the room.

Claytif has Amazing Customer services he made sure my husband was able to check in later passed 12 A.m considering that my husband is a truck driver we can never assume what are actual check-in time will be but claylif told us he will work with us the best he can as long as my husband checks out at 11a.m we will be fine. Claytif really should be recognize for his great efforts and his wonderful customer service skills I just want Claytif to know that h&t Logistics appreciates everything he's done and I hope this company appreciates him just as much as we do thanks Claytif you Rock 🎉

We did not like anything. No amenities what so ever. Staff was incompetent. Room was in disrepair "blinds broken, chipped paint. and no toilet seat lid". Rear door to the hotel. was broken, so anyone could access entry. Did not feel safe in the room. We were on the ground floor, so with the blind broken, anyone could see into the room. You gave this place a 3 and a half star. I would not give it even one star. would not ever stay there again.

Well it was better than I expected based off all the bad reviews. But I probably will never stay here again for these reasons. 1 No pool 2 no breakfast not there fault I should have read the hotel Description before booking. 3. The sign says no smoking unless it’s 25 feet from the building yet we had to pass through a cloud of smoke every time we left or enter the building because they stood right in front of the doors smoking pretty sure they were smoking pot too as it is legal in Colorado and lastly I think it amazing this is a pet friendly hotel HOWEVER the do not have designated rooms, just for animals so the people who had our room before us could of had a dog or cat and we have no way of telling if the bed spread was washed or replaced before we checked in due to dog hair on on it. I love pet have 4 my self but my grandchild is allergic to pet hair which is way they have designated rooms or at least a designated floor, considering they have five floors. The check in staff was very nice and she was very polite.
