Older hotel but very clean. Nice location close to airport. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We stayed there twice during our trip, our first night in Grand Junction and our last night before flying home. I would stay again.

We had a great stay. The motel may be older, but who really cares. Everything was well kept up and very clean. The room was very large. It had a seperate vanity with a sink, besides the one in the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. The staff were really friendly and helpful. We got a great nights sleep. Thank you for keeping us.

Convenient location, quiet, The filthy stained carpet in room was very disappointing considering the cost. I did not expect to have outside door access as well as hallway access - this made the room feel less secure. The dim lighting upon entering this property gives it kind of a creepy vibe.

I was a little nervous about how hot this hotel was going to be as since when I walked I there fhs blowing in the lobby. Lucky enough, my room was so cold and felt great! The room was nice. The hotel was quiet. I would definitely stay here again, hopefully in the jacuzzi room.

The staff was kind and helpful. The room was generally clean. What bothered me was that there was a door to the outside in our room and you could see daylight through the cracks in the door panels. Also, the pipes from the sink outside the bathroom poured water all over the carpet when the sink was used. The place gives off an abandoned feeling.

The room was clean. The bathroom was outdated and the tub fixtures were backwards to turn on and off. I at first thought we had no hot water because it wasn't turning on correctly. Overall 3.5 Stars.

I got there early and the staff there was kind enough to speed clean the room so I could check in sooner, however, the room smelled like it was doused in straight bleach and even being in the lobby, I had to call to get any assistance (I don't blame the staff as it was likely because they were expected to do other things than be at the desk).

Surprisingly well kept and inviting older hotel, especially for the price. Spacious room with very comfy king size bed. Nice lobby, which is usually not a thing with budget hotels. No breakfast, but Denny's next door gives 15-20% off if you stay at this hotel.
