"The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The onsite restaurants are great with great food choices. The View restaurant is a revolving restaurant with breathtaking views of the New York skyline. The hotel is located in the heart of Times Square and close to all of the sites. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, the amenities are great and it’s a 10 out of 10."

"The rooms were very clean. You did not get enough cups for the coffee maker. You should offer a simple breakfast in a bag. Example granola bar/piece fruit/small water/muffin or something similar"

"The staff was great! But there were bugs"
