"Clean rooms, friendly staff, right in the middle of all the action. Elevator maintenance/upgrade was taking place during our stay and sometimes the wait for an elevator was close to 7-8 minutes. It was annoying, but will resolve once the project is complete."

"The receptionist (a lady) was a bit rude; I understand I was trying to check in early, but there is no need to show a bad attitude toward people who want to spend money at the hotel. Special recognition goes to the cafeteria staff they are amazing and very helpful! Perhaps they should consider working at the front desk! My room had a lovely view but needs a renovation; it looks very worn."
