"room was dirty when we got there but we were too tired to worry about, we figured they would clean it the next day. they never came to clean so I went to the office and they said they dont clean the rooms if you have an extended stay. I told them I needed our room cleaned and the attendant said ok they would clean it and never did. I went to the office again and they said they would clean it but never did again. how is someone supposed to stay 4 nights and use the same towels and same sheets for...

"The outside looked ran down. The inside smelled clean but there was over an inch of dust on fridge and wall hangings. Mirrors was filthy. Toilet was not secured to floor. Touched the nightstand and it fell off wall. Sheets had stains. Took a shower and walked across floor and our feet were filthy from the floor. Pool was dirty and there were no chairs around it. This was unacceptable after paying almost 300.00 for one night."
