"The hotel was great! It had a suite with a balcony and it was lovely. Room was spacious, shower was delightful and the complimentary breakfast with made to order omlettes was a surprising treat! Will be back soon!"
"The front desk was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and well appointed. The breakfast options were limited, but it has everything you need for a full breakfast.The property is situated along Medical Mile, so there aren't a lot of choices for dining, but it is a very safe area. There is a bus stop close by to take you to Grand Rapids downtown proper."

"The hotel was awesome. The breakfast had lots of variety and very good. Coffee was great and always there. Does need powdered creamer for lobby after breakfast hours. Beds were comfy, didn’t have to worry about creepy crawlers like we did at our other hotel last year. Definitely coming back again! Free parking too!"
