"Claimed there was complaints about smoking when I wasn't even in room yet they didn't bother knocking on my door while I was a guest there just waited until after my 7 day stay to hit my credit card with 3 charges $100, $150 and $46!! Plus charged me $33 for parking while their garage was full and I had to pay to park in another garage and walk the further distance late at night with my mother with unsavory characters hanging in the stairwell. Unprofessional manager Andrew hung up on me because...

"The staff at check in was very accommodating leading up to my stay I needed an extra night and they worked with me to keep me in the same room all 3 nights on short notice"

"Very clean. Bed was super comfortable and shower was amazing. I really loved the nespresso machine in the room. Will definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family. The only negative would be that there is not a small store area just incase you forgot something or wanted a cold water or drink. Overall a truly great hotel in Grand Rapids."

"You will find a very clean and modern hotel when you're staying at the Hyatt downtown Grand Rapids. From check-in to check-out all the staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean, well maintained and come with a coffee maker and a mini fridge. The shower has great pressure and hot water!! The hotel serves breakfast in the morning that has quite the variety. There is something for everyone. We drove up from Indianapolis and friends drove in from Detroit, making the hotel a...

"The hotel is in a great location. The breakfast was excellent. The parking is expensive, $40 a night. And the room that they put our family in was in the basement! I didn't know that hotels had basements. It was a shocking experience. The window opened to the parking garage. Beware."

"Perfect"

"$72 for parking????"

"Two nights stay, like the place, room beside us very noisy. Also, they did not clean our room so we had to ask for new towels and washcloths."

"Very cool hotel, clean, quaint. The room was cute and decorated very stylish. Good location for the event we were attending. Communicating with staff was easy and quick responses. Only downside: late in the evening another guest was singing in another room and we heard it in our bathroom? Kinda creeped us out. Luckily not for long."

"Location is ideal. Plenty of bars, restaurants & shops close by. Clean room, excellent pillows. Downside elevator was very slow, no mini fridge in rooms, loading & unloading parking is pretty much nonexistent."

"Excellent stay, thank you!"

"This hotel is wonderful and a great price. There is complimentary, delicious food, and beautiful pool facilities. I highly recommend this hotel to all travelers."

"Great location in the center of town. Parking is just across the street."

"i love it very much"

"TV placement in our room was very inappropriate. It sticks out into the walkway between the hall and bathroom."
