"On arrival we had smooth check in the owner showed us to the property. Plenty of room,very clean and everything we needed provided. Lovely quiet location with only a 10minute pleasant stroll in to Filey centre. We had a great stay and hopefully will be back soon "

"This property is outstanding from the moment you enter, useful welcome pack, cleanliness spot on, kitchen and equipment very good, mattress and bedding first class, thick Egyptian towels. And last but not least was the communication from Nigel who couldn't have been more helpful. We booked Friday to Tuesday but ended up staying Friday to Friday which once again was thanks to Nigel 10/10"
