"Appalling customer service! We had planned a short break to visit friends in Filey at the beginning of August 2026 and made a reservation almost 6 weeks ago. Unfortunately, a family member was rushed into hospital just before the planned weekend and we had to cancel our trip. I wrote to the hotel via the Hotel.com messaging facility with apologies for the cancellation and enquired if they were prepared to provide us with a credit for a stay in the near future. We heard nothing from the hotel, so...

"Everything was absolutely excellent, clean room, welcoming staff and superb breakfast! We will be definitely staying there again in the future!"

"Lovely couple who really went out of there way any queries that I had. Room was clean and cooked breakfast lovely. Would stay again if I ever stayed in Filey again"

"Property was perfectly situated within Filey, 5-10 minutes walk into the centre plus a Tesco superstore a few minutes walk away. On street parking directly outside property and there was a pleasant welcome pack on arrival."

"Very well equipped and cosy. Easy access to the town and seafront. Quality bedding and towels. "

"Really enjoyed out stay in this comfortable apartment."

"Well appointed 2-bed property with comfortable furnishings, nice, modern decor which suits its location, a good bathroom and a well appointed kitchen perfect for cooking meals in. Very short walk to the park ameneties (pool, shop etc) and a short walk to the dog-friendly beach for walks. Walkable to Filey along the beach but equally a very short drive and close to Bridlington as well makes this a perfect jumping-off spot for touring the Yorkshire coast."

"Loved every minute of our stay at Park View. (We did have fantastic weather for January which was an added bonus) Comfortable accommodation, warm, well equipped & in a great location. Parking & a gated garden also a bonus. Our dog enjoyed her walks in the nearby country park & along the beach. Town an easy walk away with a Tesco for essential needs. Lots of walking trails from doorstep. Recommend 👍"

"Really lovely property. Cosy and welcoming. Beds were great. Lovely care package for us when we arrived. Shower could do with renovation and the oven a clean (it wasn't horrendous) but we would happily book this place again "
