  • This is a unique two bedroom, dog friendly cottage situated on The Bay holiday complex. The ground floor provides an open plan family living, dining and kitchen area along with a cloakroom and entrance hall. The contemporary styled living area features an electric "log-burner" stove and gliding bi-fold patio door, opening onto a paved patio area. A brick-built barbecue and wooden patio furniture provide the ultimate alfresco dining experience. Free high-speed fibre broadband WI-FI provided.

Filey Bay weekend

Lovely little property, very clean. It had everything we needed and was ideally positioned for us to explore Filey, Scarborough, Bridlington and Flamborough. The kids loved their time there, feeding the ducks outside of the property went down a treat.

Great place

Property was as described and easily accessible. It was equipped with everything you would need for a a short stay and the facilities are fantastic especially the pool and gym. Communication and information provided by Nigel was great and will definitely stay here again.

Lovely properpty in great location

The accommodation was perfect for what we needed. It felt spacious and was in a great location, just 15-20 minute walk to the beach. The only drawback was not being able to checkin until 4pm and having to check out by 10am

Excellent location for days out to lovely Filey and surrounding area, clean and safe on site facilities for our 5year old granddaughter , all in all a very enjoyable stay topped off with sunshine.

Great stay!

Such a lovely holiday home. Really good size and perfect for having small children in tow. Location perfect for both beach and Filey itself. Host emailed all the info we needed in a very useful pack (pdf) prior to the trip. Really excellent. Would stay again 100%
