"Caravan was filthy, the cooker was dirty and didn't work. The cooker hood was filthy. The heating didn't work . The blinds were broken. A smell coming from under sink. It wasn't fit for purpose. Mould in main bedroom,caravan was damp."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Beachcomber cottage. It was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for a home-from-home break. Would be even better in the summer when you can use the outdoor space and bbq. The resort is really lovely too - very clean and a very short stroll down to the beach. The

"On arrival we had smooth check in the owner showed us to the property. Plenty of room,very clean and everything we needed provided. Lovely quiet location with only a 10minute pleasant stroll in to Filey centre. We had a great stay and hopefully will be back soon "

"Staff were excellent. In the heart of filey itself, out of the door and straight onto the street with a variety of shops to please everyone. Breakfast was an add on price as was the parking. Downsides were the steep stairs to the room and a very noisy pub opposite. Would definitely stay again but for less mobile guests its not ideal. "
