"Pool wasn’t open and that was half the reason why I chose this place however, that was not advertised in the listing. We went during early December so it was very quiet. However breakfast was extra. "Expedia rates this Riad as "impressive". Well, they're many impressive riads in Fez, but this is not one. The building is nice and could be a wonderful riad, but it's poorly managed and maintained with a result far worse than in pictures. It's definitely not a 4 starts hotel, as pretended, rather a B&B.
