"We spent three nights at Palais Fès Yahya and truly loved our stay. This family‑run hotel is perfectly located right in the heart of the Fes medina, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always ready to help us navigate the medina and recommend excellent guided tours. The riad itself has a beautiful, traditional décor that adds so much charm to the experience. We especially enjoyed the rooftop terrace — a lovely place to start or end the day. Breakfast was included and just perfect to begin our mornings. A warm, authentic and memorable stay. Highly recommended."

"There was nothing particularly wrong with this place but my mistake was having booked the single room. Let's just say it was a very, very small room with a bathroom just about the size of a closet. Another issue is the fact that the wifi was quite weak, at times so slow as to be non-functional. I could have probably just asked to move to a larger room but I just chose to pay more to go to another riad."

"Property is beautiful. The pool area, even though we didn’t get to use it because of the weather, is pristine. The stairwells and the balconies, everything is clean and decorated beautifully. The service is OFF THE CHARTS! The guys that work there are exceptional and go above and beyond to help with bags, directions, anything. Breakfast is AMAZING!!!! My only complaint would be the handheld shower situation. It has one of those half glass shower doors, so basically the entire bathroom can get flooded with water every time you shower. And there is pretty much a limit of only getting one towel per person. We were ready to go to one of the souks two actually buy towels so we could keep the floor dry."

"Great gym, room was dated, curtains didn't work, and there was sitting water on the balcony that made the smell terrible. The fragrance they pump in the lobby is extremely overpowering, if have to hold my breath or I would sneeze. Breakfast was great and staff we very nice!"
